Dani B Yes, the movie is violent, Yes, it portrays the arrogance and incompetence of the police in the United States, especially Chicago. Yes it shows how rampant crime has become in the US and how it's tolerated and even backed by US politicians & government. We need more Americans to stand up and do what is right to protect our country. We need more Americans to fight for our country and our god-given rights to protect our homes and families. This movie is a perfect example of what US citizens need to do to save our country. THE TRUE MEANING OF FAMILY #IGOTUR6 Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/01/23 Full Review scott c As a B level action movie it's five stars. Similar plot to taken but I really liked it and I don't know why it's getting so much hate. Maybe because it's dealing with human trafficking and that makes people feel uncomfortable. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/13/23 Full Review Marc Z This is a decent low budget, action film about a group of veteran brothers whose lives are turned upside down when a family member is kidnapped by a drug running gang. The story is a little far fetched, and the film is low budget, but that is clear from the outset. It is like a violent Brothers McMullen. Bruce Willis is good in this one, but he is not the star, by any means. It is Cole Hauser's show, and he he does a good job as a disgruntled veteran looking for a purpose. His purpose comes in the form of violence and revenge as he is forced to take the law into his own hands. I think he does a good job bringing depth to the performance. Mike Epps is surprisingly good as the villain. Worth watching with measured expectations. Acting and direction is inconsistent in many spots. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 08/01/23 Full Review Benjamin H While i don't hate this movie and i think this film has a couple fine performances and sleak setpieces, what makes this movie so low for me is the weird nature and emotionless action sequences, which is all complemented by the sense of aimlessness and a final battle that was pointless and hopeless. Rated 1.5/5 Stars • Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/06/22 Full Review Audience Member This was better than expected and I wasn't disappointed by it. That may not be a good indicator of it's quality or lack thereof but it is what it is. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Read all reviews
